Another year, another dollar.

33 years old, or as Jess said one of the few birthdays divisible by 11 if that means anything to you. It’s been a pretty good birthday for the most part. All because of Jessica. She got me a huge kick ass grill, which I thought would be the only thing I would be getting but then I got surprised with a couple Wii games that I wanted, Punch Out, and Mario Cart. She also made me a kick ass dinner and there was a cake with some candles to blow out afterward which I haven’t done in forever. It was the best birthday that I’ve had in years, the only thing that would have made the day better is if I didn’t have to go to work the overnight shift. I’m absolutely lucky to have her in my life. Thanks for the birthday wishes from everyone!

The “for the most part” part of the original sentence was all my fault because I accidentally deleted almost all her work that she had done for her book when I was farting around with the old laptop. Shitola, way to go dumbass. I felt completely horrible about it but luckily I was able to use some of my ninja computer skills to recover most of it. I have high hopes that I can recover the remaining few things tomorrow to completely redeem myself and go from zero to hero. Better backups are in the future. That’s all for today.

  1. Well, happy birthday again Steve! I’m glad you found a good woman to take care of you (or glad that she found you) so don’t let that one get away! I love you! Mom
