I’m thinking of picking up some tickets to the Big 12 football Championship game. I know it’s a long way off and the Huskers aren’t guaranteed to go but the odds are good. Most people are picking us to win the north this year and be a lot better than we have been. The good things about it is that it is on a Saturday and they are having it at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. That means no having to take days off to go to it and a short drive to get there. I had a good time going to the Alamo bowl last year but the long drive kind of sucked. It would be really cool to get great seats for the game now before there is a demand. Even if the Huskers don’t end up going you could easily sell the good seats on ebay and get your money back. The Kansas State away game would be a good one to go to also since that is also a short drive.
