Birthday present.

Well I got my annual birthday present from Marlboro in the mail today.  It’s a bottle opener that’s credit card shaped and fits in your wallet!  How thoughtful!  How did they know I would be out drinking on my birthday?  They always send some little trinket.  I don’t know, it’s just fun to open something up that isn’t money.  Not that there is anything wrong with money of course.  I always need that.  May 20th and I will be 29 years old.  Whoop dee doo.  Still in my 20’s for one more year.  At least I still look young.  Most people think I am early 20’s.  Looking young will finally start being a good thing instead of people thinking I am just a kid.

Work is going fine.  I somehow got put as the lead man for ordering hats that everyone has to wear instead of their own.  What a pain in the ass.  There isn’t really anything that people are more picky about and will bitch more about.  Well I guess ordering the winter gear was way worse.  Props to Chuck on that fiasco.  I ended up getting the best hats they have in the catalog.  Nice navy blue Adidas hats.  We got the logo changed to just plain white thread instead of the gold and silver.  Hopefully they turn out real nice and the bitching will be minimal.

Well I better get off the computer and get back to studying for my test tomorrow.  I swear I will pass one of these damn things.  I got a 58% on the first one and a 62% on the next one.  I’m still passing the class however with the other things like quizzes and labs/lab homework.  74%.  I can live with that.  If I can somehow get it up to an 80% by the end of the quarter I can still make the Dean’s List but to tell you the truth it’s not a high priority.
