Well the Huskers won just now 27-25. I honestly didn’t think they would do it. Both teams sucked so bad I thought the convergence of craptastic play would open up a vortex or black hole or something and suck Lincoln into the abyss. Seriously, both teams were just god awful, but K-State out awfuled us today. At least we are now bowl eligible and will come out of this year with a winning record which is better than I can say for last year. Hopefully the crappy bowl will be during the week so I can actually watch it and have fun instead of being at work. Zac Taylor got knocked out of the game so they had to burn Harrison Beck’s redshirt. He didn’t play that well for being our new “superstar quarterback recruit” but then again he is just a true freshman and only turned 18 two months ago. Go Big Red!
Thank god today was the last home game. It was really busy at work as usual with the game traffic, not to mention a bunch of T-38’s which decided they wanted to come in which is a pain in the ass on a normal day. Hopefully by next year I will be off the weekend shift. I have my name on the list for Mon-Fri afternoon shift.
I’m pissed. Somehow someone got into my eBay account and used it to spam a bunch of people. I have no idea how they got in to it. I’m thinking it was some sort of key logger virus because I shut down the autoprotect on my antivirus software and forgot to turn it back on. I don’t know what else it could be and I can’t be sure since I never write down the password and I have never told anyone what it is. It is only in my head. It’s going to be a huge pain in the ass because I use the same complicated password for everything and now I have to go change them all after I reformat the hard drive to make sure I dont have something on my system. Maybe I will get a notebook and make a seperate password for everything and write it in there or something. Sucks Sucks Sucks.
I’m looking into registering for school for the Winter quarter at Southeast. I don’t know what I want to major in yet. I’m still looking at the options and will let you know.
Day 0 of “WATCH STEVE’S BEARD GROW!” went fine. Got some razorburn and ingrown hairs already which always happens when I shave the goatee off. I think I will post a new picture every 3 days and put it in the gallery so you can look at all the pictures side by side as it progresses. Justin at work said I should make an animated gif and put it on a loop from start to finish so its like watching it grow superfast in a video. That is actually a pretty good idea to add to my incredibly stupid concept of keeping track of facial hair growth.
Well I think I am going to run to the post office to drop off these freshly copied Netflix DVD’s and go to bed early since I got about an hours worth of sleep last night.
