I was informed when I came into work tonight that Chuck received his first dirt from the “50 States in My Backyard” project. They really got a kick out of it when it came in the mail and had to explain to friends who were over at the time why someone was sending them some dirt. A big thank you goes out to David Chaffee from Overland Park, Kansas. David thanks for joining the project! Looks like Mike & Janine there in Overland Park and Jason and Aimee in Olathe are out of luck when it comes to the Kansas dirt. You can still get in by driving across the river and getting some of Missouri though! Do your part!
As a convenience I’ve made a map with the states that are already taken already colored in. So far we obviously have Nebraska dirt and now Kansas.

Ask Kramer if he will accept shit. I pretty much produce some everyday and would be willing to share if need be. If he would like I could even come over to his place and pinch loaves off in his yard for him. Shit, that’s good fertilizer, right?
I’m pretty sure he will take anything that fills up the big empty area next to the landscaping ties, be it dirt from any of the 50 states, US territories or even shit just as long as he can bury that with the dirt so it doesn’t stink up the house when the wind blows from the East.
So should it be sand or dirt from SC? Or some pluff mud from the harbor?
