Hope everyone had fun on the holiday! Ummm, actually it’s pretty much the most worthless holiday out of all the holidays. I guess since school was closed today that makes it ok but seriously.. You don’t have Martin Luther cake or make a Martin Luther turkey or give Martin Luther gifts to anyone. Pretty much nothing that makes it fun. What the guy did was a good thing and all but I don’t think it really warrants a holiday. It’s really only good for people who have a government or bank job. Kasey and Gabe got a free day off for it but I didn’t since I’m in the real world.
I have to work 16 hours tomorrow and 8 on Wednesday and Thrusday. I picked up Wednesday and Thursday because I could always use some extra money. It’s getting cold again though. It has been real nice at work lately. No snow and the temp has been up in the 50’s and low 60’s. I will take that for the rest of the winter if I could but it won’t happen that way. It was so nice outside yesterday and today there was snowflakes falling for a while. Yuck.
I won that laser printer I was going for on ebay. I ended up paying $62.16 for it total including the high shipping cost because it’s pretty heavy, but that’s still pretty good for a laser printer. Way less than the cost of a comparable new one. I hope the toner cartridge that comes with it is relatively full because even a remanufactured one to replace it is like $60 bucks. It’s not that much more than a replacement one for a inkjet though so its all good.
