Long time, no write.

It’s been about a week since I wrote something.  I guess there were little things to write about but I have forgotten most of them already.  It’s Thursday and I’m pretty bored.  I slept in really late today since today is the only day of the week that I don’t have to get up to do anything.  Last Friday I went over to Ben’s poker party.  It was fun I guess.  I didn’t play since I don’t gamble but I enjoy that sort of social setting.  Just going over to someone’s house and having some beers and stuff.  I left there at about 9 or so to meet up with Kasey and Gabe at Heidelberg’s North and left there soon there after to go to Uncle Ron’s (formerly the Grove).  It’s a shit kicking country bar now, which I hate.  The rodeo was in town and there were so many hicks there.  I wish we would have just gone to Sandy’s like usual.  I left there at about 12:30 in the morning fully intending to go home but stopped off at Ben’s again since it was on the way home and had a few more beers which was dumb since I had to get up to go to work at 5 in the morning.  I ended up having a nice talk with Stacy about how I should go to church to meet women and how fat girls can be cool and ended up going home at 2 am.  The next day wasn’t that bad.  I wasn’t hung over like usual, just really tired.

I’ve hit a new milestone.  I got new credit for the first time since my divorce.  I got one of those offers in the mail that actually wasn’t really crappy and said what the hell I’ll apply.  0% interest for the first year and 12% or so after that.  There’s like a $29 annual fee but hey everything can’t be perfect.  The credit line isn’t much but hell, it’s something.  I’m getting my credit line rebuilt and that’s my goal.  6 and a half more years or so before the forclosure drops off my report and I will be golden.  The write off’s from the bills that Joanie was supposed to pay are like 3 or 4 years old and everything else has been current and paid on time for several years.  The gold card recently raised my limit from $6000 to $11000 too.  Someday I will buy a home again and be able to get a car loan without begging.

I have been working on downloading XRMradio.com’s entire playlist from the internet.  It’s the online radio station that I listen to because almost every song that they play I like.  There’s like 350 songs on their playlist.  Mostly stuff from the mid 90’s when I graduated high school along with some newer stuff.  I think that is a sign of getting old when your music tastes stop around a certain time period.  Now I understand why mom was always listening to the classic rock station.  Anyway I am going to load them into the mp3 player and go work out after I fix all the the id3 tags in them so all the song information is correct.
